We can offer you a full independent Maintenance and service package for your existing Fuji SMT and Pick and Place equipment. One of our trained engineers can be on hand to fully overhaul your SMT Pick and place machines.
We can overhaul your machines during your shutdown period or simply work with your schedule to overhaul your equipment so you lose the minimum amount of production downtime.
Our maintenance program includes the following
A thorough inspection and overhaul of all machines
Installation and commissioning
Maintenance of equipment
Supply of feeders and spare parts
Provide demonstrations in our 12,000 sq ft central London facility
Consultancy and training
The machines that can be covered included: the Fuji CP & IP ranges, as well as GL, GSP and QP machines
As well as maintenance and calibration of your SMT and Pick and Place machines we also offer a range of training course to increase you production staffs knowledge of your equipment
The aims of the course are as follows:
To confirm the methodology and functionality behind the operation of each machine
To teach the correct Fuji fault finding procedure both on electrical and mechanical problems, incorporating a set fault finding routine
To explain and demonstrate the removal and recalibration of the major machine assemblies
To explain and demonstrate the use of schematics and pneumatics in the electrical and mechanical fault
