Principle of ADS 01V
The panel is lifted slightly and is picked up by the gripper adapter. The X/Y/Z axle mechanism moves the panel over the router and the router then cuts the single PCBs from the panel by moving to the pre-programmed positions on the panel. After the separation process the single PCBs can then be placed onto a double belt conveyor or a full surface transport conveyor. There is a defined position for throwing away the remaining part of the panel.
