Supervisor computer

The MCS30 supervisor computer can communicate with all placing equipment, and if necessary, can connect with a host computer or a digitizer to handle the Fuji factory automation system.

Mirroring

System down-time is minimized through the use of a mirroring system in which data is written to two hard disks simultaneously. If one disk goes down, the system switches automatically to the other practically eliminating downtime.

3.5-inch floppy drive

A 3.5-inch floppy drive is included so that data can be saved easily and in a compact format.

32-bit processing

MCS/2 uses a 32-bit processor to optimize functionality and increase speed. Functions and operations are the same as before, so no new training is necessary.
