Simple and Fast
The IP-I placing head does everything, from picking and placing to automatic nozzle change by moving along a single axis. Because of the sub-robot and part shuttle, the placing head spends little time waiting. The placing head Z-axis is driven by a programmable servo motor which controls the placing head height to limit the load applied to the parts, thereby preventing damage and improving the reliability of the placing process.
