The GL541E High Speed Glue Dispenser is the ideal addition to a CP6/7 assembly line

Dispensing Head and Syringe
Deaerated syringes are inserted into the syringe locater and turned to lock into place.the dispensing needel is then inserted into the adaptor and then secured with the cap nut to fix in place needle/stopper orientation This unit is installed on the X-axis
Up to three syringes can be installed, with a single or double needle configuration.
Needle Heating Unit
The glue viscosity and application volume can vary with the ambient temperature. To prevent such problems, the GL541E uses a stream of air to control the temperature around the application needle.
