High-Speed Application
The GL-V attains an application speed of 0.13 seconds per dot, giving it ample processing power even when installed before a super high-speed placing machine like the CP-6.
Independent Movement of the X and Y Axes
To realize the specified speed of 0.13 seconds per dot, Fuji made the movement of the X and Y axes indenpendent. The dispensing head and the fiducial camera are mounted on the X axis, while the Y axis drives only the board table. Compared with the XY robot system, the inertial load is lower ensuring greater speed and accuracy in positioning.
