The FIP-II offers a new combination of speed, flexibility, and reliability for a precision chip placer. Featuring two independently driven head assemblies, each with two-placing nozzles, the FIP-II brings pick-and-place cycle times down to 0.7 sec./component. The FIP-II is optionally fitted with Fuji's new Multi-Feeder Unit, which markedly redices the time required to replensih the parts supply. In the rapidly changing SMT field, the FIP-II dual head chip placer is leading the pack of several paces.
