CRT Monitors: Good at displaying information but prone to image retention if left switched on for long periods with the same information on display.This is commonly called “Screen Burn-Out”

Solution:Alternative SMT has developed a new monitor system specifically for Fuji equipment that allows the CRT, whether damaged or not, to be replaced by a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD).

Performance: The performance advantage of LCD’s offers a sharper image without any deterioration over time and operators will see no change to their management of Fuji equipment.In fact, the display will be clearer than the original and offer consistent information across a whole factory floor.

LCD’s are also less prone to static charges and therefore attract less dust or other particles

Who can use this technology? This modification can be retrofitted on site to any Fuji equipment that uses CRT monitors.  In addition, Alternative SMT use this technology on all refurbishments of appropriate Fuji equipment.
