Standard screen frame inside size is now 15” x 15” (380 x 380mm).  This makes the printer more compatible with other manufacturers’ frames, including the cost effective “self tensioning” frames currently on the market.  Optional wider frames are also available (20”x15”).

For use with high quality precision metal foil stencils, or lower cost mesh screens.

The substrate table is adjustable horizontally for X, Y-axis and rotation.  The screen frame is adjustable for vertical height up to 20mm.

The system incorporates a flat aluminium bedplate for supporting the work piece.  An optional hollow bedplate for vacuum clamping of substrate is available if required.  Bedplate dimensions are 18½” x 13½”  (470mm x 340mm).

This printer incorporates a frame clamping method that allows the customer the possibility of using many different screen or stencil frame types.
