| The expanding AdoptSMT group announced the unification of company names throughout the group. The logo has also been altered. As of now, the Grödig/Austria based European headquarter has changed its name from Adopt Advanced Optimisation GmbH to AdoptSMT Europe GmbH. AlternativeSMT, with locations in London and Scotland, having been acquired in August 2008, has changed its name to AdoptSMT UK Ltd.
