Roger has worked in the Electronic production and SMT industry for over 25years and in the early days worked with some of the very first pick and place machines. The wise man of the industry, Roger has been with AlternativeSMT through its initial conception and runs our technical sales team.

As a fluent French, Spanish and English speaker Marc has worked closely with the French, Spanish and Belgium markets as well as Turkey, North Africa and India. Laura has been involved in the SMT industry since the early 70’s. Working for the leading Italian distributor of PCB assembly equipment she was heavily involved in spreading the use of SMT technology in the Italian market. She has been working with AlternativeSMT since 1997.
